A first impression of life in Australia can be obtained in the "summer schools". During a short stay lasting from 2 to 6 weeks, students have the opportunity to "try out" a foreign culture. During this time students may visit a language school, which is mostly situated on campus. In the morning a language class is being held and in the afternoon various excursions are offered for participation. For accommodation students may chose between boarding school or host family. Students can then decide if they wish to stay longer and enjoy the opportunities that are offered in an extended stay.
