Location: Gippsland Grammar is an Australian Independent Boarding School located in Sale, Victoria Sale is a medium sized city in the centre of Gippsland some 200km east of Melbourne and has ready access to beaches, snowfields, walking tracks and the Gippsland lakes, all part of the diverse geography of the region. The School is located on two sites, St Anne?s campus, which houses the Junior School, and Garnsey Campus, which houses the Senior School.
Background: St. Anne?s Church of England Girls? School was founded in 1924. Gippsland Grammar School for Boys commenced in 1961. The two schools amalgamated as St Anne?s and Gippsland Grammar School in 1971 and became known as Gippsland Grammar in 1997. Today, Gippsland Grammar caters for students from three years of age through to Year 12, with boarding facilities for secondary students. The former St Anne?s site has been developed as the Junior School, known as St. Anne?s Campus.
