Location: Bush School is located on 9 acres close to the Arboretum, positioned at the borders of several Seattle neighborhoods: Madison Park, Washington Park, Madrona, and Madison Valley. In 2005-7 we are undergoing major construction, which will conclude with a new Lower School, playfield, gymnasium, athletic facilities, and parking garage.

Background: Bush provides a challenging, progressive educational program that balances rigor with close teacher relationships and experiential education opportunities. Our 560 students come from 61 zip codes all over the greater Seattle metropolitan area and include 17% students of color. Approximately 15% of our students receive financial aid, which is granted on a need basis. International students must be fluent in English, as we do not have an ESL program.
